Synthesis and electron injection characteristics of 2,3-diphenyl-5-hydroxyquinoxalinolato lithium in organic light-emitting devices

【Abstract】 2,3-diphenyl-5-hydroxyquinoxalinolato lithium was synthesized and used as electron injection layer instead of LiF in organic light-emitting devices (OLEDs). The optimum thickness of this organic layer is 1.0 nm, which is more suitable for the OLED mass production.
