新型荧光粉Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu3+的制备及发光特性的研究

【Abstract】 A novel red-emitting Ca2MgSi2O7:Eu3+ was synthesized by the sol-gel method. It can be effectively excited by ultraviolet (393nm), and exhibits a satisfactory red performance. The effects of synthetic conditions, such as pH, the concentration of Eu3+, the fluxes, on the luminescence properties were studied. X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectra were employed to characterize its spectra property. The results show that Eu3+ ions occupy Ca2+ asymmetry cationic sites preferentially, thus emitting red light at 613 nm corresponding to the transition from 5D0 to7F2 levels.
