纳米碳管增强固定化蛋白质的直接电子传递及其传感应用

【Abstract】 Direct electrochemistry of the immobilized hemoglobin on the polyurethane membrane was studied. The immobilized Hb displayed a couple of well-defined redox peaks in 0.1 M, pH 7.0 PB. In the presence of carbon nanotube in the polyurethane membrane, the peaks would be enhanced, indicating that the presence of carbon nanotube could accelerate the direct electron transfer between the immobilized Hb and the electrode. The mechanism for catalytic reduction of nitric oxide was also explored.
