玻碳表面具有SERS活性的银簇的构筑及表征

【Abstract】 Silver clusters were found to form on the modified GC surface when the silver nanoparticles deposited thereon. The characterization of the obtained silver clusters has been investigated by atomic force microscopy (AFM), and SERS-based Raman mapping technique in the form of line scanning, which shows great potential in practical applications of microanalysis with high sensitivity.
