交替移动窗口因子分析法与最小熵法寻找生物标记物模式

【Abstract】 In this work, minimum entropy method (MEM) is developed to find the selective M/Z in gas chromatography/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOF-MS) data. Then, the quantitative change rules of components in different metabolite profiling can be found and used for discrimination analysis of samples with and without disease.
