甘草次酸与血清白蛋白的结合与其药理意义

【Abstract】 Licorice is the most widely used crude drug in traditional Chinese medicine. It is of significance to make a synthetical research on it. Previous studies focus on pharmacology and matter basis. In this paper, serum pharmacology of Glycyrrhetinic acid was studied. The results show it has high affinity to bovine serum albumin and the binding force is hydrophobic. This will exert a big effect on the free concentrations of other bioactive components.
