【Abstract】 Nowdays, so many people pay more attention to the nutritious value of foods, and the determination method of trance elements for foods has became more and more important. Through the CCQM-P64 study, we have known that the relative standard deviation and the uncertainty of the IDMS method are obviously better than other methods, and the agreement of the results by IDMS is great. So the IDMS method is the best method for determining elements in food matrix materials.更多还原
