【Abstract】 The rapid determination of five polybrominated diphenyl ethers in tea leaf was based on ultrasonic extraction and gas chromatography with negative chemical ionization mass spectrometric detection (GC-NCI-MS). Hexane was used as the extraction solvent and elution solvent, after the extraction was cleaned by the cartridge filling with alumina and Florisil, the analysis of samples was accomplished in the selected ion (79, 81) monitoring mode (SIM), and with PCB103 as internal standard. The detection limit of the method was all around 0.1 μg?kg-1, the range of linearity is from 0.1 to 500μg?kg-1, with determination coefficients>0.9990. PBDE47 is the main in the determined tea leaf.
