气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品中的有机锡

【摘要】 本文首次建立气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法同时测定纺织品中9种有机锡。应用液液萃取提取纺织品中的有机锡,通过四乙基硼化钠衍生,GC-MS总离子流和选择离子测定。结果表明该方法线性相关性好,9种有机锡的相关系数R2≥0.9990,回收率均在80-120%之间,RSD低于7.5%,方法检测限在0.0039-0.0753mg/kg之间,可很好应用于纺织品中有机锡的检测。
【Abstract】 To establish a gas chromatographic-mass method for simultaneous determination of 9 organotin compounds in textile. The method involves liquid-liquid extraction of organotin compounds from textile and drivatization with NaBEt4.Then analysis the ethyl organotin by gas chromatography in scan mode and selective ion mode. The linearity response of all organotin compounds were well and R2≥0.9990. The average recoveries were from 80% to 120% and the RSD were below 7.5%. The detection limit were from 0.0039mg/kg to 0.0753mg/kg. The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of organotin compounds in textile with satisfactory results.
