盐酸多赛平与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的热力学研究

【Abstract】 The binding characteristics of DH and bovine serum albumin (BSA) were studied by means of fluorescence and absorption spectroscopy in aqueous solution. The fluorescence quenching data were analyzed according to Stern-Volmer equation and double-reciprocal equation, the reaction distance and the thermodynamic parameters were obtained.
