模板法合成金纳米管及其在葡萄糖生物传感器中的应用
Template Synthesis of Au Nanotubes by Coalescence of Au Nanoparticales and its Application in Glucose Biosensor

【Abstract】 In this paper, Au nanotubes (AuNTs) was synthesized by coalescence of Au nanoparticals (AuNPs) in amino-derivatived nanoporous alumina membrane. The surface of glass carbon electrode was modified with this kind of NTs for determination of glucose. The glucose biosensor could reduce overpotential and improve enzymatic loading and enzymatic activity because of the excellent catalysis, special tubular structure and biological compatibility of AuNTs.
