乙酰胆碱酯酶生物传感器法测定蔬菜水果中有机磷农药残留
Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Residues by a Acetylcholinesterase Biosensor in Vegetable and Fruit

【Abstract】 Using acetylcholinesterase biosensor technology, we determined organophosphorus pesticide residues in standard addition. The results showed that the rate of recovery for this method was 96.45%~100.12%, the comparatively standard variance was 2.76%-3.09%, detection limit of malation was 4.80×10-11 mol/L.
