青蒿素与DNA相互作用的电化学表征
Electrochemical Studies between Artemisinin and DNA

【Abstract】 The interaction between artemisinin and DNA was studied by electrochemical method in sliver electrode. The result showed that the artemisinin react with DNA in a mode of intercalation to form a complex. The composition of the complex was 4: 1 and the ccombining constant was 3.6×104.
