S掺杂TiO2薄膜可见光催化剂的制备及其活性

【Abstract】 The S-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared on glass substrate by sol-gel processing. We used UV-Vis, XRD, XPS techniques to characterize the S-doped TiO2 thin films and found that absorbs visible light more strongly than pure TiO2 films and shows photocatalytic activity under visible light irradiation. Its reason may be because the surfaces of the TiO2 thin films have S6+ existence, strengthens to the visible light absorptive capacity and makes the carrier number to increase. Meanwhile, the amount of hydroxyl is also increased, thus causes the photocatalysis efficiency enhancement.
