高温高压条件下氧化物热电材料NaCo2O4稳定性的研究

【Abstract】 The NaCo2O4 is a potential thermoelectric material because of its large thermoelectric power and low resistivity. The initial NaCo2O4 powder was prepared from a stoichiometric mixture of Co3O4 and Na2CO3. In the present work, we have investigated the phase transition of NaCo2O4 at different pressure and temperature by using the Quickpress piston-cylinder high-pressure and high-temperature apparatus. The results showed that the NaCo2O4 will transform to CoO or Co under a certain pressure and temperature.
