静电纺丝中基布的静电性能对纺丝的影响研究

【Abstract】 The electrical properties of different electrospinning substrates were investigated in this article. Our experiment had four different substrates including melt-blown electret and no electret substrate, spunbonded substrate and aluminum foil. We had the conclusion that the static voltage and the half-life had a great effect on the result of electrospinning. The attenuate rate of aluminum foil is 100%,because it is metal. There will be a strong electric field between aluminum foil and the spinneret when electrospinning. In this kind of field, nanofiber can be deposited better.
