高浓度再生丝素蛋白水溶液的静电纺丝

【Abstract】 Highly concentrated regenerated silk fibroin aqueous solutions was prepared by an environmentally benign method and RSF aqueous solutions was adjusted to the same pH value in the silkworm’s gland. The regeneration of B. mori silk fibroin fibers were obtained by electrospinning with diameter range from 350nm to 4200nm and an average diameter 1700nm. The effect of electrospinning parameters on the morphology and fiber diameter of regenerated silk were investigated by Orthogonal experimental. The result shows that voltage was the most dominant parameter to fiber morphology the concentration of regenerated silk solution was the most dominant parameter to fiber diameter, and the distance between tip and collection plate was the most dominant parameter to fiber diameter distribution. A good electrospinning condition was obtained for the concentration 30%, voltage 40KV, distance 20cm. These regeneration silk fibroin fibers were examined by Raman spectroscopy (RS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and DSC. It found that the regeneration silk fibroin fibers involves a few Silk I and Silk II crystalline structure, it was mainly the amorphous structure , this still had the big difference with the natural silk structure.
