【Abstract】 How to use the academic resources on internet to assist editors to carry on the first view on the contributing papers is introduced. With the aid of these academic resources, the manuscript’ innovation can be appraised, the suitable expert to review the paper be found, the author’s academic manner be distinguished, the plagiaristic and pyratic phenomenon be reduced and the author’s research direction be understood.
