富钼组成ZrMo2-xWxO8(x=0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8)立方相转变为三方相的动力学分析

【Abstract】 The isothermal kinetics of the cubic to trigonal phase transformation in Mo-rich ZrMo2-xWxO8 was discussed. The conversion could be described with one dimensional nucleation-growth mechanism. The activation energies increased with the W content analyzed by Avrami model and Cardew model. Based on the calculation of Cardew model, the transformation of ZrMo1.8W0.2O8 was dominated by growth, and the transformation of ZrMo1.6W0.4O8, ZrMo1.4W0.6O8 and ZrMo1.2W0.8O8 were dominated by nucleation.
