下缘甘氨酸桥连杯芳烃冠醚衍生物的合成与晶体结构解析

【Abstract】 In this paper, we synthesis a new calix[4]arene derivatives bridged by glycine ethyl ester at the lower rim. A small amount of it was dissolved in ethanol with chloroform. Then a single crystal was obtained after two weeks. Crystallographic analyasis clearly revealed that the ethyl of glycine ethyl ester of a calix[4]arene molecule was consecutively included intermolecularly into the adjacent calix[4]arene backbone cavity. It indicated that the CH/πinteraction play an important role in architecture the crystal. We considered that the CH/π interaction control the self-assembly of the crystal. The architecture of the supramolecular structure are also depending on the CH/π interaction.
