富勒烯双齿瞵配合物C60Pt(dppb)的合成与光电性能

【摘要】 在氮气氛中,采用配体取代法合成出富勒烯双齿膦配合物C60Pt(dppb),采用元素分析、红外光谱、紫外可见光谱、光电子能谱以及X射线粉末衍射等手段对产物进行表征。同时研究了产物的氧化还原性能及热稳定性能。此外,在光电化学电池中测定了C60Pt(dppb)在GaAs电极上形成n+n型异质结光伏效应,结果表明:产物具有优良的光电转化性能,尤其是在I3-/I-介质电对中,光生电压最大达到197mV;当C60Pt(dppb)薄膜厚度为1μm时,光伏效应值最大。

【Abstract】 Fullerene and its derivant have unique poperties on physics and chemistry. The main purposes of the synthesis of new type of fullerene complexes is to exploit the applications of fullerene and its derivant as functional materials. In the present work, the fullerene complexe C60Pt(dppb)was perpared by the method of ligand substitution via the reaction of C60 with (P(tdppb)2under the condition of a nitrogen atmosphere and refluxing, and the title compound was appraised and characterized by methods of elemental analysis , FT-IR, UV-vis, XPS,XRD. At the mean time,the porperties on redox and thermostability of the product were studied , result of redox research indicated that the reduction potential of the complexe was more negative than that of the pure C60.Moreover the photoltaic effect for C60Pt(dppb)complex on GaAs electrode forming n+n heterojunction in photoelectrochemical cell was investigated.The result show that the photoelectric property of C60Pt(dppb)is excellent,especially in the I3-/I- redox couple mediator. The photovoltaic property of C60Pt(dppb)-GaAs electrode at 1μm for thickness of C60Pd C60Pt(dppb)was the best.,the photopotential value is uo to 197mV.
