利用超声助促室温还原TeO2制备Te纳米棒

【Abstract】 Tellurium is a p-type semiconducting material with narrow band gap and exhibits unique characteristics in photoconductivity, thermoelectrocity and catalytic activity toward hydration and oxidation reactions. With the aid of simple ultrasonic reduction process, highly pure crystalline tellurium nanorods can be successfully synthesized by employing ascorbic acid as a reductant. The process is easily controlled and environmentally friendly. It may provide potential applications in preparing other metallic nanostructures of low dimensionality under mild conditions.
