Zn1-xCoxO纳米微粒的制备及其发光特性研究

【Abstract】 The magnetism and magneto-optical properties of dilute magnetic semiconductors are governed by the sp-d exchang interaction or by the located electrons and d electrons interaction.These interaction in this class of materials could effect their optical properties. In the present work, the polycrystalline Zn1xCoxO powders have been prepared by coprecipitation technique and their PL property was investigated.
