【Abstract】 Most research interests focus on PNA oligomers, a novel DNA mimics, due to their potential as therapeutic agents, tools in diagnostic and probes in molecular biology. PNA can be synthesized by SPPS employing Fmoc, Boc-Z chemistry. To improve their limitation, PNA was modified by Fc,Flo, Biotin and HS so forth. We developed an easy method to introduce HS group to the end of the oligomer. And the target molecule was purified by HPLC and conformed by MS.更多还原
