氧化锌纳米棒阵列的低温液相合成及其光电性质

【Abstract】 In this report, we produced ZnO nanorod arrays on the ITO substrate employing a novel two-step soft chemical procedures. The I-V characteristics curve of the single ZnO nanorod exhibited a clear asymmetrical rectifying behavior under dark. The behavior was attributed to the formation of Schottky contact between the Au coated AFM tip and ZnO nanorod, which was dominated by the surface states in ZnO itself. And this assumption was confirmed from our PC-AFM measurement.
