一维钛酸钡纳米线的固相法制备及其表征

【Abstract】 In this paper, we fabricated Single-crystalline Barium Titanate Nanowires by Solid-state Reaction. Solid-state reaction methods have been regarded as a simple, effective and large-scale ways to synthesize nanostructure . From the TEM results (Figure2), the nanowires are 30-110 nm in diameter, and SEM, TEM image shows their lengths even longer than tens μm., the tips of as-prepared BaTiO3 nanowires are smooth and coniform . The experiment results indicate that the growth mechanism of nanowires is different from VLS or SLS.
