AFM研究纳米粒子界面上的PCR过程

【Abstract】 Polymerase chain reaction(PCR), a technique for in vitro amplification of a DNA fragment, is one of the most important experimental methods in molecular biology.PCR and asymmetric PCR process based on nanoparticle have been studied by our groups systemicly.However, the mechanism of the PCR process based on nanoparticle is still remain unknown. In this paper, we make modified primers covalently attached to surface of the Au nanoparticles and the magnetic nanoparticles,and research the regulation with the PCR cycles . Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) was adopted to detect the PCR products.
