【Abstract】 Silicon nanocrystals on silicon wafer were prepared by pulsed laser ablation at room temperature in argon ambient gas. There are silicon nanocrystal fibers and silicon nanocrystal particles on the silicon wafer attributed to the different ablation conditions. The results show that photoluminescence from silicon nanocrystal particles is much stronger than that from silicon crystal fibers.更多还原
