高温固态染料敏化太阳能电池
High temperature solid-state electrolyte for highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cell

【Abstract】 Dye-sensitized nanocrystalline solar cells (DSSCs) have aroused considerable attention due to their high energy conversion efficiency and especially low production cost as cheaper alternatives to silicon solar cells. The ionic liquid 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMIBF4) can be solidified by fumed silica greater than 2 wt% even up to 85 oC. The solid state composite was introduced to form high temperature solid-state electrolytes for highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cells with an overall energy-conversion efficiency of 4.7% at room temperature and 5.0 % at 60 oC (AM1.5, 75 mW cm-2).
