缩氨硫脲类化合物的合成及抗癌活性研究
Studies on Synthesis and Anticancer Activity of Thiosemicarbazones

【Abstract】 Six thiosemicarbazones were synthesized via three steps starting from hydrazine hydrate and carbondisulfide (Tab.1).The testing of anticancer activity of these compounds in vitro against P-388 and A-549shows that compound (Ⅰ)-1 possesses a higher inhibitory ability for A-549 and weaker inhibitory abilityfor P-388.
