反应精馏制草酸二乙酯新工艺的研究

【Abstract】 Diethyl oxalate is one of the basic organic materials in chemical industry,It is widely used in the fields of medicine,plastic,printing and dyeing and organic synthesis etc.the synthesis of dialkyl oxalate by catalytic coupling reaction of carbon monoxide and making oxalic acid have been an active research topic of organic chemical in recent year.while means of the esterification has been less reported at present.The process of reaction distillation for preparing diethyl oxalate was studied in this paper,The effects of operating conditions,such as the kinds and dosage water carries,tower bottoms temperature,molar ratio in feed streams,reflux ratio,and feed steams position were investigated respectively.When the water carries is methylbenzene and the dosage is 130mL ,the tower bottoms temperature is 110OC ,the molar ratio in feed streams is 5-6,the reflux ration is 4-5,the feed streams speed is1.2mL/min,the conversion of oxalic acid reaches more than 96%.
