【Abstract】 The main cycloadducts, chiral isoxazoline derivatives 3a-3d were obtained via the in situ 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of chiral building block 1 with substituted benzaldoxime using NCS as an oxidant in convenient conditions. After the reduction of 3 and subsequent phosphorylation of 4 by diethyl hydrogen phosphite 5, the target products, chiral phosphate derivatives 6 were obtained. This approach provides a new strategy and thread in the synthesis of novel phosphate compounds containing chiral functionalized groups and study of their biological activity.更多还原
