无机磷试剂辅助下羟脯氨酸寡肽的合成
SYNTHESIS OF L-HYDROPROLINE OLIGOPEPTIDE MEDIATED BY INORGANIC PHOSPHORUS

【Abstract】 Now how the amino acids assemble into peptides and finally form the protein in the origin of life has been a key problem to research.In this paper, we used electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) to investigate the reaction between phosphorus oxychloride and L-Hydroproline. Quenching with water, a series of mass peaks corresponding to homo-oligo peptides of L- Hydroproline were observed by ESI-MS.
