【Abstract】 Curcumin was intercalated into the magnesium–aluminum layered double hydroxides by three routes of co-precipitation, ion exchange and reconstruction. The release property of curcumin was tested in the buffer solutions with different pH values. The result shows that curcumin can be released slowly in artificial gastric juice and intestinal juice after intercalation, and its stability can be promoted.更多还原
