若干种离子掺杂TiO2可见光催化剂的活性

【Abstract】 TiO2-Mn+ catalysts were prepared by Sol-Gel method. The order of their photocatalytic activity for methyl orange degradation in visible light was as follows: TiO2< TiO2-Fe3+< TiO2-Cu2+< TiO2-Zn2+< TiO2-Nd3+. The photocatalytic activity of TiO2-Nd3+ was the highest when the mol ratio of Nd/Ti in the catalyst was 0.7% and the sintering temperature was 500℃.
