高取代度玉米淀粉醋酸酯的结构研究

【Abstract】 Corn Acetylated Starch was synthesized from corn starch, using methyl sulfonic acid as an esterification catalyst. The degree of substitute was 2.83. The structure of polymer was characterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and X-ray diffraction. FTIR spectroscopy showed characteristic absorption of the esters in 1754cm-1、1435cm-1、1375cm-1、1240cm-1. FTIR and 1H-NMR both confirmed that the product was high degree of substitution. The results of X-ray diffraction showed that the crystal structure of the pure starch was destroyed during the esterification and formed more disordered structure.
