蚂蚁有效成分的提取及性能研究
Extraction and Its Application Study of Ants Effective Components

【Abstract】 Extracted the effective components of ant by ultrasonic, optimized the extractive condition by the orthogonal design. Under optimum conditions, interdiction of synthesizing of nitrosamine and elimination of nitrite had been studied. The result showed that both the rates of interdicting nitrosamine and elimination of nitrite could reach 90%.
