羧甲基落叶松单宁的合成及抗菌性能

【Abstract】 Synthetical techniques for carboxymethyl larch tannin such as reaction temperature, distribution time, concentration of alkalizer were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained. FTIR and EA were applied to analysis changes in structures of larch tannins. Antibacterial experiment indicated carboxymethyl larch tannin showed an obvious inhibition effect on Bacillus aureus , Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus, with MIC of 62.5 μg/mL and MBC of 125 μg/mL on Bacillus aureus, which is quarter to half of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus separately, showing a higher antibacterial rate than larch tannin.One of the important approach of larch tannin fine utilize is chemical modify.
