新型大孔高吸水性树脂的制备及孔结构表征

【Abstract】 The CMCTS-g-PAA superabsorbent polymer with the macroporous structure was prepared through the foaming mtehod. The swelling kinetic of the polymer was stimulated through the Voigt model. By studying the swelling kinetic and characterizing with the SEM method, effect of the amount of NaHCO3, matching of the adding time of NaHCO3 and the gelation time on the swelling property and the surface morphology of the polymer was discussed. The porous structure and the fractal properties of the mocroporous polymers were studied through the mercury intrusion method. For preparing the macroporous superabsorbent polymer through this method, the process was very easy and the adsorption velocity of the polymer was very quick. the prepared macroporous superabsorbent polymer can be used as the medical materials and the physiological materials.
