蒜头果油合成环十五内酯新方法
New method of Synthesis of Cyclopentadecanolide by Malania Olceifera Chum oil

【Abstract】 Triglycerides of ω -hydroxycarboxylic acids synthesized from Malania Oleifera Chum oil via ozonization and reduction were catalytically transformed to macrocyctic lactones, this new method involved fewer steps and resulted in a 63% yield, the reactive properties ofω-hydroxycarboxylic acids were also studied. The result showed that the short chainω-hydroxycarboxylic acids were preferentially cyclized.
