新型铱配合物的合成及电致发光性质研究
Study on the synthesis and electrophosphorescent properties of a new Ir complex

【Abstract】 The new orange-red electrophosphorescent iridium complexes (npp)2Ir(acac) was synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR, mass spectrometry, and elemental analysis. Organic light-emitting devices (OLED) with a multilayer configuration of [ITO/Ir(5%):PVK(60nm)/F-TBB(15nm)/Alq3(15nm)/LiF(1nm)/ Al(150nm)] were fabricated by using the complex as dopant emitter and the electroluminescence characters of the devices were investigated. The device emitted orange-red light (599 nm) with a maximum brightness of 3841 cd/m2 and a maximum current efficiency of 3.9 cd/A.
