煤矸石中活性氧化铝的溶出试验研究

【Abstract】 Coal gangue, as a mail byproduct of coal industry, only 20% of that is used in our country. It has about 25% of Al2O3, which is the second important substance after silicon dioxide in coal gangue. The experiment takes utilization of Al2O3 as mail line. Optimum factors affecting aluminum extract are obtained and the orthogonal design of experiment L(934) is carried out. The dispersion(R) analysis for results of experiment shows the order of affecting factors: temperature of calcine > time of reaction > quantity of acid>scale of solid and liquid, and the optimum technical condition is that temperature of calcine is 650℃, time of reaction is 2 hours, quantity of 20% hydrochloric acid is 200ml, scale of solid and liquid is 1:4.
