多孔颗粒三维电极电催化降解柠檬黄废水的研究

【Abstract】 SnO2+Sb2O3+PtO/Al2O3 porous grained three-dimensional electrode was prepared by a standard spray pyrolysis technique. The influence factors to prepare grained electrode were determined. According to the single factor analysis, the optimum factors for tartrazine treatment were steps of 15, sprayed temperature of 450℃, and modified: unmodified of 2:1. The best removal efficiency with current of 800mA, initial pH value of 7 and the concentration of Na2SO4, 1g/L was achieved based on orthogonal test. Through NLSF, it showed that the decreasing tendency of tartrazine during the degradation process met the pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics, and the pseudo rate constant was 0.04871min-1. The intermediate benzoquinone, methylbenzene, 2-methyl propyl acetate and butyl acetate were detected by GC-MS. It could be speculated that tartrazine was first degraded into benzene homologues, then into aliphatic acid esters which were more easily broken down, and finally might be thoroughly degraded into carbon dioxide and water.
