二氧化钛光催化处理混合电镀废水中的Cr(Ⅵ)
Dealing with the Cr(VI) in the Electroplating Effluent by Light-catalysis Method with TiO2 as Catalyst

【摘要】 以二氧化钛为光催化剂,研究了电镀废水的PH值、催化剂的用量、光照时间、不同有机物存在下对电镀废水中六价铬的去除率的影响。结果表明,含铬废水在PH值=2.5的酸性条件下光催化效果最好;光照反应时间90min适宜;综合考虑催化剂用量选择为1.0g。有机物的催化氧化与金属离子的光催化还原之间存在协同作用,不同有机物对Cr(Ⅵ)离子光催化还原反应的影响差异明显。某些有机物的存在,对六价铬的光致还原与有机物的氧化所构成的共轭反应,会使光催化效果更加显著。
【Abstract】 Taking TiO2 as Light-catalyst, a new Light-catalysis method was used to deal with the Cr(VI) in the electroplating effluent. With the pH value of the electroplating effluent(2.5), time of illumination(90 min), quantity of catalyst(2.0g), the removal rate was the highest. And the experimental results showed that there was a synergism between the catalytic oxidation of organic matters and the light-catalytic reduction of metal ion, the influence of different organic matters on the light-catalytic reduction of Cr(VI) ion showed apparently different. Also the existence of some specific organic matters resulted in a conjugated reaction between the light-catalytic reduction of Cr(VI) and the oxidation of organic matters, that maked the effect of light-catalysis much more apparent.
