吡啶类离子液体在汽油脱硫中的应用研究

【Abstract】 In recent years, much attention has been given to deep desulfurization of gasoline by extracting with ionic liquids that are mostly based on N-alkylimidazolium. In this paper, N-alkylpyridium ionic liquids, N-butylpyridium nitrate ([BPy]NO3) 、 N-ethylpyridium nitrate ([EPy]NO3) 、 N-butylpyridium tetrafluoroborate ([BPy]BF4)、N-ethylpyridium tetrafluoroborate ([EPy]BF4), are prepared and used to N-alkylimidazolium desulfurize from gasoline. The ionic liquids, N-butylpyridium nitrat、N-ethylpyridium nitrate 、 N-butylpyridium tetrafluoroborate are found to be effective for the selective removal of sulfur-containing compounds from gasoline at room temperature. The desulfurization ratio of a single extraction step using [EPy]BF4 is 45.5% and the S-concentration of the model light oil decreased from 498 ng/μL to 18 ng/μL after six steps desulfurization when mass ratio of ILs and model gasoline is 1:1. The ionic liquids are regenerated from absorbed S-containing compounds by distillation or by dissolution in tetrachloro-methane. Therefore, they can be used in multiple cycles for the removal of S-containing compounds from gasoline. N-alkylpyridium ionic liquids can be used widely to desulfurize from fuel because they are much cheaper than N-alkylimidazolium.
