酶解木质素的分离与性质研究

【Abstract】 Use two methods to separate EH lignin from the cornstalks residue. The yield of EH lignin was 30-35%according to abstraction conditions. EH lignin is soluble in 1,4-butanediol, phenol or alkali liquor, but isinsoluble in water. The UV spectrum of EH lignin from cornstalks residue had a broad shoulder in thewavelength region longer than 300nm, duo to the presence of conjugated systems in the molecule. IRspectra of EH lignin from cornstalks residue were similar to the IR spectra of milled lignin. EH lignin hasaliphatic and phenolic hydroxyl functionalities which provide very good bonding sites towards epoxide. EHlignin keeps the chemical activity of lignin, for example, EH lignin can react chemically with aldehydeor phenol, EH lignin may have potential application in material science and engineering. The effectiveapplication of EH lignin will rise the beneficial result of enzymatic hydrolysis. The renewable naturalresources of cornstalks will be completely utilized.
