【Abstract】 Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions have become important and usable transformations for the synthesis of natural products, important pharmaceuticals and building blocks in organic synthesis. We found that the palladium/phosphine ligand catalytic system-catalyzed Sonogashira cross-cpoupling reaction, Hiyama cross-coupling reaction and Suzuki cross-cpoupling reaction were conducted smoothly and efficeiently using TBAF as the base under solvent-free conditions .
