合成苯胺的新方法

【Abstract】 Aniline is an important intermediate for pharmaceutical and chemical industries, it has a great applications. It has been conventionally produced by reduction of nitrobenzene. This method has many disadvantages, such as difficult in operation, expensive in investment and mend, serious abrasion of catalyst, and so on. Therefore, we design a novel and green route for synthesizing aniline. Bromobenezene and ammonia, as well as a dose of sodium hydroxide, reacted in airtight stainless steel reactor with the effect of catalyst. Then aniline is separated by distillation, and the bromobenezene is recycled and reused. The sodium bromide solution is electrolyzed with a dose of benzene, and then back to bromobenezene and sodium hydroxide which are both raw materials.
