【Abstract】 2-hydrxybenzimidazole were synthesized by the condensation reaction of urea and o-phenylenediamine under microwave irradiation solventless condition . The reaction was fast , Operation was simple.,The optimum conditions were microwave power 638W , microwave irradiation time 9min , the mol ratio of o-phenylendiamin and urea 1︰1.1 , The yield was 88.5% .Their formular and struactiure were identification by IR Spectroscopy analysis .更多还原
