碳酸二甲酯对吡咯的一步羰基甲氧基化反应
The one-step methoxycarbonylation of pyrrole with dimethyl carbonate

【Abstract】 A novel route for pyrrole-1-carbonate (1-MPC) synthesis from methoxycarbonylation of pyrrole by dimethyl carbonate (DMC) was proposed and the reaction parameter of the reaction was investigated in this paper. It was found that methyl pyrrole-1-carbonate could be produced with high selectivity over alkaline earth metal oxide. The optimized reaction condition was as follows: reaction temperature 200℃, reaction time 3h, molar ratio of DMC to Pyrrole was 2. The process is a green route for the synthesis of 1-MPC because it avoids toxic, expensive catalysts and solvents and also the aimed product is separated easily.
